Requirements:

Licensure and Experience:  

• EMT-B License: A current EMT-B license or higher is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in emergency services is required.
• RN License: Current RN licensure is preferred for lead positions.

Advanced Licensure Advantage:

• Candidates with higher licensures, such as RN or above, are strongly preferred due to their assessment capabilities within their scope of practice when attending to event patrons.

Communication Skills:

• Strong communication skills and compassionate listening are essential for effective patient care and team collaboration.

Team Mindset:

• A team-oriented mindset is crucial, as you will work closely with a diverse group of medical professionals in an outdoor setting.

Endurance in Outdoor Elements:

• This position involves working in outdoor conditions, so the ability to endure varying weather elements is necessary.

Radio Etiquette:

• Will train on-site, but experience is preferred.

On-site food and transportation will be provided, and specialized training is available to prepare you for the job.

Security Experience (Bonus but Not Required):

Outdoor Experience:

• The job will require outdoor experience, including familiarity with camping and outdoor gear.
